Returns

Hand-made stone pieces are made to order or finished individually, so returns are limited.

If the item arrives damaged or differs from what you ordered, contact us within a few days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Change-of-mind returns are discussed case by case.
